Yes. All attendees must register and submit payment (if applicable) in full via the online registration system to AfrAsia Bank Sustainability Summit. Photo ID will be required upon arrival and must match the information in your online registration profile. Details and instructions for accessing the registration system can be found in your official invitation letter. Please be advised that emails and/or letters to AfrAsia Bank Limited cannot be processed and will not suffice as a substitute for online registration eligibility.
Registrants will receive an automatic confirmation email once registered is finalized. For participants whose registration requires a fee, registration will only be confirmed once payment is received.
Individuals who complete registration and click on invoice but do not submit payment will be sent an email notifying them of their pending payment status including instructions on how to submit payment to finalize registration. For assistance please contact our team: email@example.com

Cancellation requests must be submitted to email@example.com on or before 15th August 2018. A 50% administrative fee will be subtracted from the refund and will be issued in the same manner as the original payment within 30 days or refund request submission. Refunds cannot be processed after 15th August 2018.
In the case of Government intervention or regulation, armed conflict, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for AfrAsia Bank Sustainability Summit to take place at the time and location as announced, the attendee shall waive any claim for the damage or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred with AfrAsia Bank Sustainability Summit, and there shall be no future liability for either party.
