Daden has 26 years’ experience in International Business facilitation, Business match-making, Piloting Commercial, Technical and Social projects and Driving Change.
He has worked in private and public organizations, with business experience in 17 countries for SVS International, Parabole Réunion, HSBC, BOI, his own Consulting firm – First Exec, and Business Mauritius. He has High-level local and international and Experience as Trainer, Speaker and Moderator. He has in-depth understanding of economic, social and environmental issues in Mauritius.

At Business Mauritius, Daden has driven the development of the National Business Roadmap, coordinates the work of the 3 strategic commissions and leads a number of initiatives for a better Mauritius. Daden has been an active and engaged citizen, and observes society since his college years, writing press articles, organizing and moderating public debates, launching and volunteering in a number of associations and social movements locally and internationally. Daden is the co-founder of The Leadership Network and since 2012, has coached more than 850 people on ‘Leadership for a Better World’
